Mixed Salad With La Mia Tuna Vinaigrette sa Sukang Tuba

  • 1 Can La Mia Tuna Flakes in oil 155g
  • 50ml Sukang Tuba
  • 2g Chili
  • 5g Salt salt
  • 100ml Corn oil
  • 50g Lolo Rosso
  • 50g Lolo Vionda
  • 25g Ginger
  • 50g Red Onion
  • 25g Garlic
  1. Drain the tuna in can and discard the liquids
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Season to suit your taste
  4. Wrap indivually with the spring roll wrapper and set aside
  5. For the sauce, mix everything in a bowl and adjust taste accordingly

La Mia Tuna Spring Rolls With Sriracha Mayonnaise

  • 1 Can La Mia Tuna Hot & Spicy 155g
  • 60g Chopped Onions
  • 30g Minced Garlic
  • 30g Spring Onions
  • 60g Carrots
  • 10g Kinchay
  • 30g Potato Starch
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Sriracha Aioli:

  • 30ml Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 75g Mayonnaise
  • 30g Minced Garlic
  • 30ml Calamansi Juice
  • 2g Salt
  • 1g Black Pepper
  • 30ml Honey

La Mia Tuna and Cheese Frittata

  • 2 Cans La Mia Tuna Afritada 155g
  • 200ml Corn Oil
  • 100g Onion
  • 150g Potatoes
  • 3g Paprika
  • 5 Eggs
  • 100g Cheddar Cheese
  • 2g Salt
  • 1g Black Pepper
  1. Drain the tuna in can and discard the liquids
  2. In a sauteing pan, caramelize onion and potato until tender then add paprika and tuna
  3. Whisk the eggs, cheese and salt and pepper then add slowly on to the potato mixture
  4. At low heat, stir gently and leave to set for 15 minutes. Get a plate and flip
  5. Finish browning the other side and serve
